Abinader quiere la mantequilla y el dinero para la mantequilla, dicen en Haití

Santo Domingo.- No pocos intelectuales haitianos, en la búsqueda de interpretaciones al fenómeno de las repatriaciones masivas de sus compatriotas desde República Dominica emiten sus juicios en una u otra dirección.

Eddy Labossiere, doctorado en Economía, aborda el tema de la migración y los flujos financieros que, a su entender “forman una correlación positiva”.

Los flujos migratorios y los flujos financieros o monetarios entre dos países: República Dominicana y Haití, forman una correlación positiva, dijo Labossiere en un trabajo que le publica el periódico Rezo Nòdwès.

Para fijar su postura, el intelectual haitiano argumentó sus razones sobre las principales razones de la fuerte presencia haitiana en República Dominicana.

Cuatro razones

“1- Los agentes económicos no pueden encontrar trabajo en Haití, la tasa real de desempleo ya es muy alta por encima del 80%, por lo que nuestros compatriotas van a República Dominicana en busca de trabajo;

2- La inseguridad y la inestabilidad política, los secuestros, los bandidos que saquean y violan, empujan a las personas a abandonar el país para buscar refugio en la República Dominicana o en otros lugares, a menudo sin papeles legales;

3- La quiebra de la economía haitiana no solo no crea empleos sino que los mata, las empresas se ven obligadas a despedir empleados cerrando sus puertas por la acción de bandidos o la escasez de productos derivados del petróleo;

4- Está el hecho de que los dos países comparten una frontera común y también el peso de la historia entre los dos pueblos».

Más allá de estas cuatro razones, existe otra aún más fundamental para explicar el fenómeno migratorio entre los dos países, (y) el presidente dominicano, parece desconocer esta otra razón precisamente por su ignorancia, su maldad, su comportamiento discriminatorio y xenófobo hacia los haitianos: Los flujos migratorios y los flujos monetarios, precisó.

Los flujos de personas y del dinero

Labossiere dijo que cuando los políticos de la mafia y los oligarcas corruptos saquean las arcas del Estado haitiano y transfieren flujos monetarios o financieros a la República Dominicana en lugar de invertirlos en Haití para crear empleos, el migrante inteligente sigue el movimiento de estos flujos monetarios o financieros.

Entonces, (el migrante haitiano) cruza la frontera para buscar empleo, que debería haber sido creado en Haití con los recursos del pueblo haitiano. “Es así de simple”.

Por el contrario, son tratados con métodos negadores de derechos. Esta acción está violando la Constitución nacional, las leyes y los convenios internacionales. Por Esta razón denunciamos que:».

Cualquier extranjero que esté en suelo dominicano se le debe respetar su dignidad humana y sus derechos, los mismos deben de ser garantizados por el Estado. El Estado, en todos los casos, siempre es garante de derechos, cuando esto no ocurre se lacera el acuerdo social que sostiene nuestra sociedad. Es claro el problema de gobernanza de las migraciones en nuestro país. La única solución que se brinda son las repatriaciones, cuando eso se soluciona con la regularización. Necesitamos una política migratoria eficiente y la regularización de la mano de obra haitiana.

Tomando en cuenta, que la República Dominicana depende de la mano de obra haitiana en varios rubros fundamentales, como la construcción, el turismo, la agropecuaria y los servicios domésticos, las deportaciones masivas pueden poner en peligro la estabilidad económica y la seguridad alimentaria en el país. Entendemos que la situación de irregularidad de muchos haitianos, en la Rep. Dominicana igualmente es responsabilidad de los empleadores, que se aprovechan de esa situación para sacar ventajas de la explotación de la mano de obra. Si muchos migrantes no han podido renovar su carnet, esto se debe a la no existencia de oficinas que brinden estos servicios en las provincias donde viven, deben ir a Santo Domingo. Todo esto nos confirma que el gobierno no tiene una política migratoria clara sobre Haití.

La Iglesia, que es Madre y Maestra, le duele profundamente todas estas situaciones y nos enseña que no podemos ser indiferentes ante el dolor de los hermanos, que todos somos hijos de Dios y que la dignidad humana está por encima de todo. (…) He visto la aflicción de Mi pueblo (…) y he escuchado su clamor (…) pues estoy consciente de sus sufrimientos. (Éxodo 3,7). La historia de la revelación nos enseña que Dios no es indiferente, Él está atento a los acontecimientos de nuestras vidas y de nuestras sociedades, se preocupa y se conduele. Esta dimensión sensible de Dios es la base de la justicia divina. Dios no cierra los ojos ante las injusticias de los hombres y mujeres, como muchas veces ocurre en aquellos que deben aplicar la justicia. Y ante este fenómeno de deportaciones masivas Dios tampoco cierra los ojos. Dios escucha, el clamor de sus hijos e hijas, que son perseguidos como criminales, muchas veces golpeados y encerrados en espacios no aptos para que la integridad física y moral de muchos sea garantizada.

Le pedimos al gobierno,

  • Detener las deportaciones masivas.
  • Resolver el problema de la participación de los militares en el tráfico de personas.
  • Crear centros municipales para la regularización de los migrantes.
  • Implicar a los empleadores como corresponsables en la regularización de los migrantes.
  • Mejorar la infraestructura de los centros de detención y crear espacios seguros para los menores, madres embarazadas y lactantes, que deban ser repatriados.

Tres heridos que no les salvó “Jehová es mi pastor”

Río San Juan.-Al menos 3 personas resultaron heridas con quemaduras, uno de ellos en condición de gravedad, tras la explosión de una embarcación denominada “Jehová es mi pastor” este sábado en la costas de Río San Juan.

La explosión ocurrió justo antes de la 11 de la mañana.

Hasta allí llegaron equipos de emergencia junto a pescadores que ayudaron a apagar el fuego que salían la embarcación prendida en llamas.

Cabral, CDN.- Desaprensivos profanaron la tumba de un hombre recién sepultado para sustraer una unos dos mil pesos que el difunto había pedido poner en su bolsillo en el municipio Cabral, provincia Barahona.

Se trata de Flérido Féliz, alias Flex (fallecido), quien según relatos pidió a una hija que a la hora de morir lo sepultaran con dos mil pesos en los bolsillos, petición que fue cumplida.

Entonces, algunos «pilluelos» que se habían enterado de la petición del fallecido, profanaron la tumba para cargar con la pequeña suma de dinero.

La señora Bélgica Féliz González, esposa del fallecido, señalo que la Policía Nacional apresa a los antisociales, pero los fiscales y jueces lo colocan en libertad para que continúen en sus labores delictiva.

En El Guachucho, sector del municipio de Cabral, donde residía el muerto, narran que éste hizo esa petición porque era gallero.

En tanto que lugareños en la indicaron a nuestro corresponsal Genaro Moreta junior frente a la cámara para CDN que ese hecho es primera vez que ocurre en este municipio.

Qué difícil es despedir a un amigo-hermano cuando muere lejos un fuerte abrazo, de una despedida cálida y sentida, cuánto la noticia nos llega como un rayo sin aguacero, cuándo no están los seres más cercanos para correr a su entorno y expresarles nuestro dolor, que también es infinito. Lo conocí hace muchos años, ahora no recuerdo si en casa de Sonia Silvestre, Yaqui Núñez del Risco, Tommy García, Minou Tavares Mirabal o de José Antonio Rodríguez, donde era habitual una “descarga” musical. Pablo no perdió nunca su esencia, su pasión por el bolero, por el “feelin”. La música cubana tuvo en Pablo un exponente muy singular y visionario. En España, donde murió, ni en ninguna otra parte del mundo, dejó de ser cubano.
